A notable media wing of the office of the State Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, Plug Media has hailed the Chairman of the APC, Cross River State Chapter, Alphonsus Ogar Eba Esq, JP, over the peaceful and successful conduct of the party’s local government primaries ahead of the Local Government elections coming up soon.
