The Executive Chairman of Yakurr Local Government Council, Hon. Inyang Yibala Igri, has emerged as the Chairman of the Forum of Local Government Chairmen in Cross River State.
He emerged on Monday at a meeting of the forum held at the Glass House, Government House Calabar.
