The Executive Chairman of Obudu Local Government Council, Hon. Peter Akonfe Undiandeye KSM on Sunday, extended his heartfelt congratulations to Ntufam (Barr) Fidelis Ugbo and Professor Francisca Bassey on their recent appointments as Pro-Chancellor/Chairman of the Governing Council and Acting Vice Chancellor of the University of Cross River State (UNICROSS), respectively.
In his congratulatory message, Hon. Undiandeye described the appointments as a demonstration to their unflinching commitment, extensive experience, and outstanding leadership in the education sector.
