The Executive Chairman of Obudu Local Government Council, Hon. (Amb.) Peter Akonfe Undiandeye, KSM, has sent heartfelt birthday wishes to the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Cross River State, Barr. Alphonsus Ogar Eba.
