The Special Adviser to the Governor of Cross River State on Community Relations, Hon. Chief (Mrs.) Ada Charles Egwu, fcai, has extended heartfelt felicitations to His Excellency, Senator (Prince) Bassey Edet Otu, on the occasion of his 66th birthday anniversary.
In her goodwill message, Chief Egwu described Governor Otu as “an intentional leader, compassionate and God-fearing, who consistently prioritizes the welfare and well-being of his people above all else.”

She commended the Governor for his exemplary leadership and commitment to transforming Cross River State through people-oriented policies, inclusive governance, and infrastructural development that touch every community.
“Your Excellency’s leadership is a reflection of purpose, empathy, and divine direction. You have redefined governance through your intentional approach to the needs of the people, ensuring that every Cross Riverian feels the positive impact of your administration,” she stated.
In furtherance, on behalf of her department, all Community Relations Officers across the 25 State Constituencies, and the Ward Relations Officers in the 196 wards of the state, Chief Egwu conveyed their collective goodwill, admiration, and prayers for the Governor’s continued wisdom, good health, and divine grace.
She reaffirmed the department’s unwavering loyalty and readiness to continue supporting the Governor’s vision of unity, peace, and sustainable development across all communities in the state.
“As you celebrate this special day, we join the entire people of Cross River State to thank God for your life and leadership. May He continue to bless you with the strength and wisdom to take our dear state to greater heights,” she concluded.
