The Director General of the Etung Economic Development Team and Founder of the Abon Abang Foundation, Engr. George Ndifon Abang, Ph.D, has congratulated the Governor of Cross River State, His Excellency, Senator (Prince) Bassey Edet Otu, on the occasion of his 66th birthday anniversary, lauding his exemplary leadership and unwavering dedication to the state’s progress.
In a goodwill message released on Saturday, Engr. Abang described Governor Otu as a visionary and compassionate leader whose people-oriented governance continues to inspire hope, unity, and development across the state.
“Your Excellency, we celebrate your inspiring leadership, compassion, and unwavering commitment to the growth of our dear state. May God bless you with more wisdom, strength, and grace as you continue to serve humanity,” the message read in part.
He commended the Governor’s “People First” philosophy, noting that it has redefined leadership in Cross River State by prioritizing inclusive development, empowerment, and social transformation.
According to Engr. Abang, Governor Otu’s administration has brought renewed optimism to citizens through strategic investments in infrastructure, economic growth, and human capital development.
The philanthropist and development advocate further urged Cross Riverians to remain united in supporting the Governor’s vision for a prosperous and peaceful state.
Concluding his message to the Governor, he prayed for continued good health, divine wisdom, and greater achievements in the years ahead.
