As the calendar turns to a new month, the Member representing Biase State Constituency in the Cross River State House of Assembly, Hon. (Engr.) Francis Ogban, has extended heartfelt greetings and best wishes to the good people of Biase and the people of Cross River State.
In his goodwill message, Hon. Ogban described the new month as another opportunity for growth, progress, and renewed hope. He called on residents of Biase State Constituency to continue fostering unity, peace, and mutual understanding as key ingredients for sustainable development across the constituency and the state.

“Each new month brings fresh opportunities for growth, progress, and renewed hope. Let us continue to work together in unity, peace, and mutual understanding as we strive to build a community that reflects our shared values of hard work, integrity, and development,” he stated.
Hon. Ogban further prayed for God’s blessings upon the people, expressing hope that the month would usher in good health, divine favor, and success in all endeavors.
He reaffirmed his commitment to purposeful representation, assuring constituents that his efforts in the House of Assembly remain focused on advancing the welfare and development of Biase which aligns with President Bola Tinubu renewed hope agenda and Governor Bassey Otu People First mantra.
“Together, we shall continue to move our constituency forward with purpose and dedication,” he added.
