The member representing Biase State Constituency in the Cross River State House of Assembly, Hon. Engr. Francis Ogban, has extended warm felicitations to Hon. Sunday Bassey on the occasion of his 2025 birthday anniversary.
In a goodwill message, Hon. Ogban described Hon. Bassey as a dedicated grassroots leader and community builder whose contributions to the growth and development of Biase remain commendable.

He noted that Hon. Sunday Bassey, a former two-term Councillor representing Umon South in the Biase Legislative Assembly, Deputy Leader of the Assembly, and Director General of Team Liberate Biase, the political movement that played a crucial role in ushering in the current Executive Chairman of Biase Local Government Council, Hon. Edodi Edodi, has consistently demonstrated leadership, integrity, and commitment to service.
Hon. Ogban praised the celebrant’s passion for unity and progress, describing him as “a loyal ally and dependable partner in the collective effort to advance Biase and improve the lives of its people.”
