Nerz Garden Estate, a real estate development firm with over 15 years of proven experience and headquartered in Lagos, has officially launched its flagship housing project in Calabar. The project, located in Idundu, Akpabuyo Local Government Area, is strategically designed to help bridge the affordable housing gap.
Speaking at the launch, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Nerz Group, Mr. Efiong Eyo, highlighted the company’s long-standing commitment to delivering quality, accessible, and sustainable housing solutions. He noted that the new Calabar project comes at a timely moment, offering flexible and comfortable payment plans carefully structured to make homeownership attainable for more individuals and families. He also emphasized the serene, secure, and investment-friendly environment of Cross River State, describing it as ideal for both residential living and long-term property investment.

The MD/CEO further explained that the strength of the Nerz brand is reinforced by its diversified portfolio of over nine subsidiaries, including NERZ Paints, NERZ Diagnostics, NERZ Tech, among others. The commissioning was performed by Rt. Hon. Effiom Bassey, Executive Chairman of Akpabuyo Local Government Area. In his remarks, he thanked the developers for bringing the project to the community and pledged the support of his office.
