The Honorable Commissioner for works and Infrastructure, Hon Ankpo Pius Edet, on Thursday joined other well-wishers to celebrate the Chief of Staff to the Governor of Cross River State, Mr Emmanuel Ironbar on the occasion of his birthday.
Commissioner Ankpo Pius in a congratulatory message issued on thursday, described Mr. Emmanuel Ironbar as a worthy and trusted partner in the Season of Sweetness agenda.
The Commissioner also described the Chief of Staff as a loyal, dependable, selfless, hardworking and God-fearing man, who has contributed immensely to the growth and development of Cross River State.
