The Biase Rescue Movement joins family, friends, political associates, and well-wishers in celebrating the birthday of a distinguished son of Biase, Rt. Hon. Alex Ukam, Federal Commissioner representing Cross River State at the National Population Commission.
Rt. Hon. Ukam is a seasoned lawmaker and statesman, having served two impactful terms in the Cross River State House of Assembly, representing Biase State Constituency, and later, two terms in the House of Representatives, where he represented Akamkpa/Biase Federal Constituency with commitment, vision, and exceptional leadership.
In a congratulatory message, the Grand Patron of the Biase Rescue Movement, Deacon Andy Owai, described Rt. Hon. Ukam as “a rare gift to Biase and Cross River State at large, whose life and service reflect the values of dedication, excellence, and love for humanity.”
According to Dcn. Owai, “Rt. Hon. Ukam has remained a symbol of purposeful leadership and a strong voice for the people.
