The Executive Chairman of Obudu Local Government Council, Hon. (Amb.) Peter A. Undiandeye, KSM, has extended heartfelt congratulations to the Chief of Staff to the Cross River State Governor, Hon. Emmanuel Ironbar, on the occasion of his 2025 birthday anniversary.
