The All Progressives Congress (APC), Biase Chapter, under the leadership of the State Chairman, Rt. Hon. Bassey Sunday Bassey, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the Immediate Past Director-General of the Cross River State Border Communities Development Commission (BorderCom) and the Party’s Candidate for the Akamkpa/Biase Federal Constituency, Hon. Ngim Okpo.
In a congratulatory message, the Chapter described Hon. Okpo as a distinguished party stalwart whose political career has been defined by unwavering commitment, integrity, and selfless service to the people of Biase and Cross River State.

The Party noted that his impressive record of public service spans several strategic leadership positions, including former Councillor representing Biakpan Ward, former Leader of the Biase Legislative Assembly, former Member representing Biase State Constituency in the Cross River State House of Assembly, and Immediate Past Director-General of BorderCom.
According to the APC Biase Chapter, Hon. Okpo’s contributions to grassroots development, party cohesion, and good governance have earned him widespread respect and confidence, expressing optimism that he would bring the same dedication and purposeful leadership to the people of Akamkpa/Biase Federal Constituency.
