The Chairman of Obudu Local Government Area, Hon. Dr. Peter Akonfe Undiandeye, KSM, has congratulated Mr. Emmanuel Akomaye, an illustrious son of Obudu, on his conferment with the prestigious rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN).
In a congratulatory message signed by the Chairman on Monday an made available to the press, Dr. Undiandeye described the honour as a moment of immense pride for Obudu, noting that Mr. Akomaye’s elevation reflects years of dedication, professional excellence and contributions to the legal profession and Nigeria’s justice system.
He said the recognition had brought honour to Obudu Local Government Area and Cross River State at large, adding that the achievement serves as an inspiration to young people, particularly aspiring legal practitioners, to pursue excellence, uphold integrity and remain committed to service.
The Chairman commended Mr. Akomaye for having distinguished himself in his chosen profession, expressing confidence that his elevation would further strengthen his contributions to the rule of law, justice and national development.
He also congratulated the honouree’s family, friends and professional associates, describing the achievement as a collective source of joy and pride to the people of Obudu.
