The Executive Chairman of Obudu Local Government Area, Hon. Peter Akonfe Undiandeye, Ph.D., KSM, has congratulated the Governor of Cross River State, Senator (Prince) Bassey Edet Otu, on the occasion of his 67th birthday, commending his administration’s developmental strides and commitment to the welfare of citizens.
In a goodwill message marking the governor’s birthday, Undiandeye described the milestone as an opportunity to celebrate the governor’s leadership and reflect on his contributions to the development of Cross River State.
He praised the governor’s *People First* agenda, noting that the administration had recorded progress in road rehabilitation, urban renewal, agricultural and industrial infrastructure, digital revenue transformation and human capital development.
According to him, the administration’s efforts to strengthen collaboration among political institutions and stakeholders have also contributed to advancing development across the state’s local government areas.
The Obudu council chairman expressed confidence in the governor’s leadership, urging the people of Obudu to remain committed to supporting the administration’s development agenda.
He noted that the government’s emphasis on citizens’ welfare and collective prosperity remained important to achieving sustainable development across Cross River State.
Undiandeye further prayed for God’s continued guidance, sound health, wisdom and strength for Governor Otu as he continues to lead the state towards greater development.
He extended the goodwill and best wishes of his family, the management and members of the Obudu Local Government Council, as well as the people of Obudu, to the governor on his 67th birthday.
