The Director General of APC Digital Ambassadors, Amb. Oliver Ntui, felicitates with the Honourable Minister of Sports Development, Senator John Owan Enoh in his recent successful thanksgiving ceremony to the glory of God for his appointment as the Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Amb. Ntui in his remark after the well attended event, described Distinguished Senator John Owan-Enoh as one of the brightest stars from Cross River State, which is why President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, with an eagle eye, discovered him and appointed him to serve as Minister of Sports Development.

The Thanksgiving service which is an appreciation to God for the achievements recorded thus far in the Ministry of Sports he heads within the period of assumption of office, and for successes recorded overtime in his political journey.

Similarly, the Director General noted that the political sagacity and dedication to service by the Honourable Minister heralded the conferments on him several awards, among which is the recent “Distinguished Africa Sustainability Man of the Year 2023 Award” which took place during the 17th edition
of the Sustainability, Enterprise, and Responsibility Awards (SERAS), held in Lagos on December 15, 2023.

Enoh, who was picked from a cream of prominent leaders of African origin, was award in recognition of his contributions through sustainable leadership and outstanding achievements, has with great ingenuity and impeccable creative mind, handled the Ministry of Sports effectively, which are already producing positive results for the country.

Senator Enoh also launched a six-point agenda, known as W.A.I.F.A.R (Welfare, running of sports as business, upgrade of infrastructure and development, funding for sports) among others.

He further noted that the Cross River-born minister of Etung extraction, is a man of integrity and probity. It is hoped that the year 2024 would be full of success and greater achievements.
