The Deputy Governor of Cross River State, Rt. Hon. Peter Odey, welcomed Brigadier General I. M. Ibrahim, the newly assigned Brigade Commander to the 13 Brigade Nigerian Army Headquarters, Calabar, who was on a courtesy call along with his predecessor, Major General E. I. Okoro, at the Government House in Calabar on Thursday, January 18th, 2024.
Commending the outgoing Brigade Commander, E. I. Okoro, for unwavering support in combating crime, the Deputy Governor assured him of continued support from the state government to his successor.
