The Member representing Biase State Constituency in the Cross River State House of Assembly, Hon. Engr. Francis Ogban, has congratulated the newly inaugurated Chapter and Ward Executives of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Biase Local Government Area.

In a goodwill message during the inauguration held on Monday at the Council Secretariat, Ibogo-Akpet Central, Hon. Ogban commended the party’s Chapter Chairman, Rt. Hon. Bassey Sunday Bassey, and party faithful for their dedication, loyalty, and commitment to strengthening the APC at the grassroots level, noting that the exercise marked the Chairman’s first official assignment since assuming office. He described the inauguration of the new executives as a significant step toward consolidating the party’s structure and enhancing its capacity to serve the people of Biase effectively.

The lawmaker expressed confidence that the newly sworn-in executives would provide purposeful leadership and work diligently to promote unity, progress, and the ideals of the party within their respective wards and across the local government area.

According to him, the APC remains a platform committed to delivering good governance, development, and people-oriented policies, and he urged the new executives to remain steadfast in upholding the party’s values and principles.

Hon. Ogban further assured the executives of his readiness to collaborate closely with them in advancing the political growth of the party and ensuring sustainable development for the people of Biase.

He encouraged them to prioritize the welfare and aspirations of the people while strengthening the party’s presence at the grassroots.

The Biase lawmaker concluded by wishing the newly inaugurated Chapter and Ward Executives a successful tenure as they begin the task of repositioning the party for greater achievements in the local government area and assured them of his continued support to ensure they delivered on their mandate which aligns with Governor Bassey Otu ‘People First’ mantra and Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Tinubu.
