The Executive Chairman of Obudu Local Government Area, Hon. Dr. Peter Akonfe Undiandeye, KSM, extends his warmest congratulations to the Deputy Governor of Cross River State, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Dr. Peter Odey, on his well-deserved re-nomination by His Excellency, Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu, as his running mate for the 2027 governorship election.
On behalf of his family, the Government, and the good people of Obudu Local Government Area, the Chairman describes the re-nomination as a fitting recognition of the Deputy Governor’s exceptional leadership, unwavering loyalty, proven competence, and steadfast commitment to the successful implementation of the People First agenda of the present administration.
Undiandeye notes that Governor Otu’s decision to retain Dr. Odey as his running mate is a clear demonstration of the confidence reposed in his capacity to continue providing purposeful leadership and supporting the administration’s vision for sustainable growth, peace, and prosperity across Cross River State.
He expresses confidence that the Governor Otu-Odey ticket will continue to inspire hope and deliver greater dividends of democracy to the people, while wishing the Deputy Governor continued success as he embarks on another phase of dedicated service to the state.
