A frontline aspirant for the Obudu State Constituency under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Mrs. Kate Agba-Ajibike, has pledged to deliver purposeful and effective representation if given the party’s ticket and subsequently elected into office.
Mrs. Agba-Ajibike made the commitment shortly after successfully concluding her screening exercise on Monday at Metropolitan Hotel, Calabar.
Speaking with journalists after the exercise, the aspirant expressed confidence in the party’s internal democratic process and reiterated her determination to provide quality representation that would address the needs and aspirations of the people of Obudu State Constituency.
She also reaffirmed her unwavering loyalty and support to the leadership of the APC in Cross River State under the administration of Governor Senator Prince Bassey Otu, as well as the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
According to her, the present administration at both the state and federal levels has continued to inspire confidence among party faithful and Nigerians through people-oriented policies and governance initiatives.
Mrs. Agba-Ajibike further called on party members and supporters to remain united and committed to the ideals of the APC ahead of the forthcoming elections.
