The Biase Rescue Movement (BRM), under the leadership of its grand patron, Deacon Andy Owai, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the Deputy Governor of Cross River State, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Peter Odey, as he marks his 51st birthday today.
In a goodwill message made available to the press, Deacon Owai praised the Deputy Governor for his visionary leadership, humility, and unwavering dedication to the growth and development of Cross River State.
