The APC Digital Ambassadors; a Frontline Political Support Group, hereby felicitate with our quintessential DG & leader, Sir. Oliver Ntui.

Born in Oban Town, Akamkpa Local Government Area of Cross River State, Sir. Oliver Ntui is a versatile agricultural professional, educationist, agropreneur, and opinion leader with a wealth of experience to manage or drive any institution or establishment to her optimum production & capacity.

Sir. Oliver Ntui is an academic of high repute; specializing in Agricultural Economics & Extension; a development scholar & a researcher with several scholarly publications in reputable academic journals both locally & internationally. He is a member of several Research organizations and professional bodies. His current research endeavors are tailored toward smart agriculture, climate change adaptation & mitigation.

Currently, he is a Chief Lecturer with Cross River State College of Education, Akamkpa. As a Scholar, he has 23 years of experience in Teaching & Research. He was a two term Dean of Vocational & Technical Education, Cross River State College of Education, Akamkpa.

Chief Oliver Ntui is the immediate past SSA to the immediate past Governor of Cross River State on Agricultural Enterprise Development (2020 – 2023). He is the State Chairman of Rice Farmers Association of Nigeria (RIFAN). Between 2004 – 2007, he served as Hon. Supervisor for Agriculture in Akamkpa Local Government Area, President – Cross River Agricultural Orientation Movement, an NGO promoting Youth inclusiveness in Agriculture, President – Nigerian Association of Agricultural Students, back then in University of Calabar. He has served as the Public Relation Officer of COEASU, Akamkpa.

As an Entrepreneur, he has left his imprint on the sands of time, as he has impacted, developed and taught several youths in 21st century digital skills for wealth creation & livelihoods improvement.

Sir. Oliver doubles as the DG of APC Digital Ambassadors & DG of Digital Farmers Group; two frontline APC Support Groups which contributed immensely to the enthronement of the government of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in Nigeria & the government of His Excellency Sen. Prince Bassey Otu in Cross River State.
