The Chairman of Obubra Local Government Area in Cross River, Hon. Kingsley Arikpo has felicitated the the state Governor, Prince Bassey Otu and Wife, Eyoanwan for their recent Episcopal consecration and installations as Apostle and Bishop respectively.
In a Goodwill message made available to the press in Obubra, Arikpo described their installation as a divine will to put Cross River on the rails of God fearing leadership.
