Pro-Governor Otu group, Prince and Peter Advocates (P&P), has congratulated the Cross River State Governor, Sen. Prince Bassey Edet Otu and his deputy, Rt. Hon. Peter Odey, on the successful completion of their one year in office.
The socio-political organization in a statement by its Director -General, Mr John Agabo Odey, noted that Governor Otu has taken bold steps in the last one year aimed at transforming the state.
