A sociopolitical group, Cross Riverians 4 Bassey Otu, has expressed heartfelt congratulations to Ntufam Hilliard Eta on his recent appointment as Chairman of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Governing Council by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
