The Leader of the Cross River State Councilors Forum and Councillor representing Utugwang North Ward in Obudu Local Government, Hon. Eneji Sam, has joined well-wishers in celebrating the State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Barr. Alphonsus Ogar Eba, on his 50th birthday.
In a glowing tribute, Hon. Eneji praised Barr. Eba as “a political mastermind whose strategic brilliance has redefined Cross River’s political landscape.” He commended the APC Chairman for “boldly dismantling the caterpillar movement and courageously initiating a process of political decoupling that is laying the foundation for a more inclusive, strategic, and people-oriented political structure in the state.”
Hon. Eneji also lauded the Governor of Cross River State, His Excellency Sen. Prince Bassey Edet Otu, for his transformative leadership, which he said has reinvigorated public trust in the APC. According to him, “Governor Otu’s ‘People First’ agenda—marked by infrastructural revival, equitable development, and open-door governance—has turned the APC into a magnetic force, attracting waves of defectors from opposition parties.”
“The Governor’s visionary approach has not only strengthened our party but also restored hope in Cross River’s future. The ongoing political realignments speak volumes about the people’s confidence in his administration,” Hon. Eneji emphasized.
Concluding his message, he offered prayers for Barr. Eba’s continued health, wisdom, and success, describing him as “not just a leader, but a legacy in motion.”
“Happy golden jubilee, Barr. Eba! Your life exemplifies courage, vision, and an unyielding commitment to progress,” he added.
