The Member representing Biase State Constituency in the Cross River State House of Assembly, Hon. (Engr.) Francis Ogban, has joined in celebrating the State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Barr. Alphonsus Ogar Eba, on his 50th birthday.
