Member representing Biase State Constituency in the Cross River State House of Assembly, Hon. (Engr) Francis Ogban, has extended warm birthday felicitations to two distinguished Cross Riverians from Biase Local Government Area, Dr. (Mrs) Helen Isamo, Commissioner for Humanitarian Affairs, and Prince Ojoi Ekpenyong, Managing Director of the Cross River State Tourism Bureau, on the occasion of their 2025 birthday anniversary.
In a goodwill message made available to newsmen in Calabar, Hon. Ogban praised Dr Isamo for her tireless efforts in advancing the humanitarian agenda of the state government and ensuring that no one is left behind.
He equally commended Prince Ojoi Ekpenyong for his visionary leadership and relentless drive in repositioning Cross River State as a leading tourism destination in Nigeria. According to Hon. Ogban, Prince Ekpenyong’s initiatives have not only boosted the state’s cultural heritage and hospitality profile but have also contributed significantly to local economic development and job creation.
“As they mark their birthdays this year, I join family, friends, and well-wishers in celebrating two exceptional individuals whose contributions to the growth and development of our dear state are commendable,” Hon. Ogban stated.
He prayed for continued wisdom, good health, and greater accomplishments for both celebrants as they continue to serve the people of Cross River State with excellence and integrity.
