The Honourable Minister of State for Industry, Senator John Owan Enoh, has extended heartfelt birthday greetings to Barr. Alphonsus Ogar Eba, Esq., the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Cross River State, as he marks another remarkable year of life and service.
