Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of Cross River State Forestry Commission Rt. Hon. George O’ben-Etchi, PhD, has lauded and registered his heartfelt congratulations to Governor Bassey Otu and his deputy, Rt. Hon. Peter Odey on their impactful first year in office today.
