The Executive Chairman of Obudu Local Government Council, Hon. (Amb) Peter Akonfe Undiandeye, KSM, has congratulated the Chief of Staff to the Governor, Hon. (Dr) Emmanuel Ironbar on his conferment of Honorary Doctorate in Policy and Administrative Studies by the Center for Public Service Productivity and Development, in collaboration with the Crown University, Delaware, USA.
In a statement released through his Chief Press Secretary, Ikwen Atuaka, Undiandeye described the recognition by the prestigious University as a demonstration of the leadership prowess, humanitarian disposition and administrative acumen exemplified by him.
While commending the institution honouring him alongside other distinguished individuals who have made outstanding contributions to public service and administration, he highlighted that the award is deserving, noting that Dr. Ironbar have been exceptional, dutiful and dedicated in the discharge of his responsibilities which aligns with the ‘People First’ agenda of the Governor of Cross River State, Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu.
