Wiifarm Food Cooperative has announced the commencement of a new agribusiness project aimed at empowering farmers and improving livelihoods, community welfare and incomes across Nigeria.
In a statement, the Cooperative said the initiative will focus on technology transfer, sustainable food production, food processing, and distribution of agricultural produce to members and the wider public.

As part of preparations for the project, the organisation is inviting interested individuals and groups to partner as Stockists, Local Government Coordinators, Company Representatives, and Company Ambassadors.
According to Wiifarm Project Coordinator, the selected partners will play key roles in supervision, ensuring effective grassroots participation, smooth implementation of the programme and effective food distribution within the country.
Also, speaking on the development, the spokesperson for the cooperative, Miss Ann Anderson said: “This project is designed to increase productivity and production of food, strengthen the agricultural value chains from production to distribution. We believe that by partnering with passionate individuals at all levels, we can build a sustainable system that benefits both citizens and the Country at large.
