Commissioner at the Cross River State Planning Commission, Elder Dr. Mary Julius Egbai, has extended her heartfelt congratulations to Governor Bassey Otu on the occasion of his second anniversary in office.

Concluding, she said, “May this momentum be sustained, and may your tenure continue to bring growth, stability, and progress to our dear state”
